Duties:
- Examine archival assets and enter metadata in custom-designed online cataloging system (training is to be provided) to contribute to a metadata dataset built across institutions.
- Keep track of tasks using project management software Teamwork (training to be provided)
- Photograph arhival assets according to the guidelines and maintain the digital asset database
- Assist with knowledge mobilization events (coordinate space, attend event and assist with event set-up and take down, take photos, assist with promotion, etc.)
- Produce event posters using pre-defined templates
- Maintain the database of the event attendees, draft thank-you emails and event satisfaction surveys, set up event registration forms , help promote knowledge mobilization events
- Provide technical support and staff 1-2 shifts per week at the SGW-located audio equipment lab (training on handling equipment will be provided)
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings in accordance to the pre-agreed upon schedule
- Participate in special projects as required
